As you move into your nursing career, it helps to start forming your
own view of leadership in nursing.

obstacles do you have to overcome to be a leader?  What qualities
do leaders share?  What qualities do the worst leaders share? 
Do you speak up when someone is treated poorly?  What does it
take to be al leader?
