testing submitted are approved by client representative as per ITP such as:
• Responsible for health and safety, tool box talks, and safety audits/walk rounds with the

  • 10. • Inspection of all material delivered in the work site and reviews their MTC, mill certificate and other documents required. • Dimensional and visual inspection of pre-fabricated spool before full welding. • Experience preparing test packages both Hydro and Pneumatic testing • Perform Surveillance and NCR activities • Line checking and Punch list prior hydro test • System line check prior for commissioning • Preparing QC document such ITP/MOS and Quality Procedure • Experienced to prepare piping material take-off. • Experienced to prepare weld mapping and spooling of isometric drawing. • Experienced in bolt torquieng and gasket verification. • Carry out inspection of work in progress including checking if the right procedure is followed for the piping as well as the check for the qualification of the piping personnel and the kind of materials being used for the process. • Coordinate with the discipline engineers to ensure corrective action on the above thereby ensuring the closure of the NC’s raised. • Report any major Quality issues to the Quality Manager of the Project Management Team. • Coordinate with the Project’s Safety, Environment and certification engineer and ensure that all statutory requirements are met. • Verification that dimensions and alignment tolerances of the piping systems are as per constructs specifications. • Performing piping walkthrough inspection prior to hydrotest & pre commissioning and completing punch lists. Verifying that punch list items have been dealt with in accordance with the contractual arrangements. • Review hydro test pack, carry out inspections of the lines prior to testing. • To check the seam orientation during pipeline fitup as per project spec. • Check the quality of welded fabrications for fit up, consumable, visual appearance of the weld and the distortion.
