 INDUSTRIAL SECURITY (For about eleven years): Served in variety of Public Sector undertakings and

Bengal),VikramSarabhai Space Centre,Thumba(Kerala), CochinPortTrust(Kerala) and MarutiUdyog Ltd.
(Haryana). Also conducted security surveys and audit of various PSUs.
 HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT/TRAINING(for about Twelve and half years): Served in National
Industrial Security Academy, Hyderabad, a premier Training Institution of CISF and imparted training in
all aspect of Industrial Security, Major Laws and Labour/Industrial Laws over Five and half years.
Thereafter, also served for about seven years as Chief Law Instructor/Asstt. Commandant (Indoor
Training), in Three Regional Training Centers of CISF andhad been instrumental in developing Training
infrastructure, planning, development and implementation of new Training Modules to enhance
operational capabilities as per the need of the Force, besides a Faculty member.
 AVIATION SECURITY (for about Twelve and half years):Rendered excellent services towards Aviation
Security inThree Hypersensitive i.e.Chennaiinternational Airport, Gaya custom Airport (Bihar), Amritsar
International Airport(Punjab) andTwoSensitiveAirportsi.e.Chandigarhand Dibrugarh(Assam) Airports.
Worked as Chief Airport Security Officer of Amritsar, Chandigarh and Gaya Airports, where in besides
discharging the main responsibility of overall security of these Airports, had been successfully
accomplishing the following tasks;
- Maintaining liaison with various agencies such as; Local Police, State Administration, Airport
Operators, Customs, Immigration Bureau and Airlines operators,
- Crisis Management and dealing with emergency situations,
- Handling VVIP/VIP movements,
- Developmentof SoftSkill and conducting of ‘On the Job’ training of Force personnel to enhance

ofUnited Nations from 05.09.2000 to 11.09.2001, Served as a Station Commander of an UN/IPTF station
inBosniaand Herzegovina, wherein with the help of 22 Police Officials drawn from various UN member
countries, was responsible for supervising and monitoring the functioning of Local Police Stations for
three towns, having about 300 local Police Officials of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
