Nature of the JOB
Bench and Field Calibration, Loop Checking, Preventive & Corrective
maintenance.
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1.Reading and implementation of P&I Drawings, Process Engineering Flow
Schematic diagram (PEFS, Loop diagrams, Input List for DCS, ESD, SSLS &
FNG, Hook-up drawings and Cause & Effect diagram
2. Configuration. Operation, installation and troubleshooting of microprocessor based
different types of Digital and analog instruments.
3. Installation of instruments, bench calibration & Troubleshooting in instrument
control panel.
4. Calibration of all types of smart Digital, Analog & Pneumatic transmitters like
Temperature, Pressure, Flow & level with Highway Addressable Remote.
Transducer (HART) Communicator Rosemount having model No.-375 & 475
and ABB Kent Taylor.
3. 5. Calibration of Analytical Instrument like conductivity meter with standard
solution & PH transmitter with buffer solution.
6. Calibration of all types of control valves (Both Action). Smart Positioner
& I/P converters. Solenoid Valves & Motorized valve.
7. Involving in day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance for field instrument.
Individual inspector. Loop simulation as pretender procedure.
8. Effective corrective maintenance at breakdown period in ESD (Emergence

10. Site calibration of level troll/level controller, flow & pressure transmitters,
valve positioners, all types of loops (Elec./Pneu) all type of level and
pressure switches.
