Ingenieur Henri Ossevoort heeft het ontwerp en de engineering verzorgd bij de bouw van een industriële patisserie in Roemenië. Door verschillende ingrepen, zoals toepassing van een dubbele gebouwschil, opslag van restwarmte in een 30.000 liter grote buffer én gebruik van een warmtepomp bij het hergebruik van die restwarmte, is een energiebesparing van maar liefst 47% gerealiseerd.

1. Wat was de klantvraag?
2. De klant wilde een ontwerp met de hoogst mogelijk energy efficiency, ivm de alsmaar
”snel” stijgende energieprijzen in Roemenie.
De energy efficiency gold voor zowel gebouw prestatie als installatie.
3. Hoe hebt u daar op bedrijfseconomisch verantwoorde wijze invulling aan gegeven?
We hebben het gebouw een dubbele omhulling gegeven (gebouw in
een gebouw). Geen ramen op het zuiden en westen.
