This Fourth of July the Downtown Fort Myers River District Freedom Fest pays respect to our hero's that protect and defend our precious freedom with a fantastic tribute. We are excited to get the entire community to honor the Wounded Warrior Project, military personnel, fire and police department. Come meet the first responders of your freedom.

1. The River District Alliance Event Concession Vendor Contract
Thisisan agreementbetween The RiverDistrictAlliance(501c3) (hereafterreferredtoas“Host”) and
(hereafterreferred toas“Vendor”). The Hostwill be hostingthe followingEventRiver
DistrictFreedomFest totake place at Edwards Drive Riverside locationon3/18/2015, startingat10:00 AM, and hasthe
legal abilitytoissue alicense forconcession forvendingduringthe above mentionedEvent, andVendordesires tovend

of $ 500.00 (non-refundable)foraspace to vendatthe Event,

The Host andVendorparties bothagree tothe followingterms:
1. Vendor will begiven access to the placethat is agreed upon by both parties no less than 1 hours before the Event starts to
set up the Vendor’s station,goods to be sold,and anything elsethatis needed and customary to vend at that specific
location.
2. The Vendor will notvend any items or services thatarenot disclosed hereatthe Event without prior written consentfrom
the Host.
Items that will besold:
3. Vendor’s station shall beno bigger than 10 x 10 feet or taller than 8 feet; and shall beclean and orderly;and shall followall
applicablelaws and regulations of theCounty and State of said Event.
4. Vendor’s staff may exhibitthat goods arefor saleonly whilethe staff is within thearea of the vendor’s specified location.
5. Vendor’s staff will beproperly dressed and their appearancewill beclean and neatand they shall conductthemselves in an
orderly fashion.
6. There is to be no loud distracting music,noise,and or sound amplification devices used by Vendor’s staff at the above
mentioned Event.
7. Vendor will haveaccess to the location for up to2 hours following theEvent has concluded at9:00 PM to dismantleand
remove all items broughtto the Event by Vendor. Vendor shall leavethelocation freefromtrash and in similar condition
that itwas in before the Vendor was there.
8. Vendor agrees to hold the Hostfree from any damages or claims thatmay develop in connection with participating in the
abovementioned Event.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida in Lee County and any applicable Federal Law.
