furnaces(project).
  Having knowledge in Refractory brick lining & tamping paste lining of 8 no’s of 22.5MVA
sub merged electric arc furnaces.
  Having ability to Control & Operate 2 no’s of 22.5 MVA furnaces at a time.
  Operation of 22.5 MVA sub merged electric arc furnaces contains feeding of raw
material mix & maintaining the required load my balancing the currents of three electrodes &
power factor.
  Ability to conduct tappings , extract the liquid metal & billet casting in CCM.
Responsibilities:-

furnace conditions activities.
• Planning for production and machinery as per head of dept.
• Co-ordination with quality team for stage / final quality checks.
• Co-ordination with contractors for manpower, work progress, targets & site
issues.
• Review & certification of contractor bills.
INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE:
Nearly 6 months worked in Rolling mill & having knowledge in metallurgical works also.

• I had done NDT ASNT LEVEL-II COURSE CERTIFICATE (UT,MPT,PT & RT )
