A fixture was developed to easily fit and weld deck anchors, minimizing post-weld heating and saving time, consumables, gas, and manpower. A system was also created for issuing and tracking quality tools and equipment to reduce misplacing or losing them. Both improvements aim to increase efficiency and quality control.
