By inserting a few Qwizdom activities every so often during a lesson can help maintain employees attention. You may know this as the ‘Change Up’ effect.

# 3 CHECK UNDERSTANDING DURING TRAINING... Qwizdom allows me to determine whether you understand important points or distinctions used in training. You don’t have to wait to papers are returned or exams are completed. Instead I can give feedback on a lesson and IN that lesson.

Using Qwizdom to Engage with Employees

  • 5. # 3 CHECK UNDERSTANDING DURING TRAINING... Qwizdom allows me to determine whether you understand important points or distinctions used in training. You don’t have to wait to papers are returned or exams are completed. Instead I can give feedback on a lesson and IN that lesson.
  • 6. # 4 INVOLVE EVERYONE IN THE ROOM What usually happens when say ‘hands up who knows the answer to this one’? A show of blank faces, maybe one or two hands up. Posing Qwizdom questions gets everyone in the room involved.
