COLLEGE ENVIRONMENT
1. I joined this institution on 10-11-2016, it was in a devastated
position. The teaching staff was divided into groups; who were
pulling legs to each other and intriguing against Chenab College
Chiniot. The students were rude. The account office was totally
corrupt. Most of the teaching staff is appointed incompetent and
non subjective; which are of no use now a days. They just
engage junior classes and getting salaries up to Rs; 80,000/-
and above. They know nothing for which they are appointed for.
They are just like a square peg in a round hole.
2. The corruption at Chenab College Chiniot was so alarming that
I personally dug out 300 chairs, typing machine, science
equipment from the earth. Who did it? I could not trace it,
because none was ready to speak against the culprits. The
corrupt accountant Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Khan has been
removed by the Worthy Ex- Chairman Sir, Muddassir Riaz Malik
and a new accountant have been appointed recently to look
after the college accounts w.e.f.31-03-2018
COLLEGE ENVIRONMENT
 The quality of education was very poor, I took
following steps to enhance the quality of education:-
 Special time for extra coaching of Board Classes at
closing times has been extended from 1 to 2 hours on
daily basis.
 I personally invited qualified & talented Professor from
colleges and universities, who holded workshops and
delivered lecturer, “Free of Cost” regarding their
subjects and guided some methods to be adopted in
the exams for better results.
STEPS TAKEN AS REMEDIES
Following Steps were taken to enhance the quality of
education:-
1) The groups of teaching staff have been broken up to maximum level.
2) The citizens, parents and media have been taken into confidence and now
they are cooperating.
3) The teaching staff of this institution has been banned for Tuition.
4) Three smart boards have been installed for attractive and advance studies for
junior & elementary classes.
5) The Teaching staff has been compelled to deliver a general lecture related to
their subject in front of staff members once a week.
6) The extra classes have been holded for two months, before the
commencement of the exams.

EROSION AND SUBDUCTION OF LAND
 The adjacent land outside eastern boundary is 12 feet
deep; due to action of burrows, furrows and rates, holes
are created beneath the wall. Resultantly holes increase
up to the surface within the college. These holes widens
with the flow of water so the soil erodes through these
holes. Due to continuous action of the said elements the
under soil caves have been created below the surface.
In rainy season lot of soil erode and subduction take
place. This action is creeping towards Principal’s
residence and main building. The Ex-Chairman had
granted permission to construct a concrete wall below
the surface. The rough cost estimate is ready. The
construction of sub surface wall is subject to availability
of funds. As soon as the funds are available the
assignment will be fulfilled.
EROSION AND SUBDUCTION OF LAND

SECURITY LAPSE FROM SOUTH OF CHENAB COLLEGE
 There is always a security threat from south, the back
side of the college. It is (03) three acres of land owned
by the college and a part of it is being used for
residential purpose. This area is 12 feet deep than the
college. It is surrounded by the razor wire, which is
easily crossable.
 Your honour is requested to direct JET office to
make arrangements for construction of boundary wall
up to specific height along with razor wire for the
security of the institution and residents

  • 27. COLLEGE ENVIRONMENT 1. I joined this institution on 10-11-2016, it was in a devastated position. The teaching staff was divided into groups; who were pulling legs to each other and intriguing against Chenab College Chiniot. The students were rude. The account office was totally corrupt. Most of the teaching staff is appointed incompetent and non subjective; which are of no use now a days. They just engage junior classes and getting salaries up to Rs; 80,000/- and above. They know nothing for which they are appointed for. They are just like a square peg in a round hole. 2. The corruption at Chenab College Chiniot was so alarming that I personally dug out 300 chairs, typing machine, science equipment from the earth. Who did it? I could not trace it, because none was ready to speak against the culprits. The corrupt accountant Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Khan has been removed by the Worthy Ex- Chairman Sir, Muddassir Riaz Malik and a new accountant have been appointed recently to look after the college accounts w.e.f.31-03-2018
  • 28. COLLEGE ENVIRONMENT  The quality of education was very poor, I took following steps to enhance the quality of education:-  Special time for extra coaching of Board Classes at closing times has been extended from 1 to 2 hours on daily basis.  I personally invited qualified & talented Professor from colleges and universities, who holded workshops and delivered lecturer, “Free of Cost” regarding their subjects and guided some methods to be adopted in the exams for better results.
  • 29. STEPS TAKEN AS REMEDIES Following Steps were taken to enhance the quality of education:- 1) The groups of teaching staff have been broken up to maximum level. 2) The citizens, parents and media have been taken into confidence and now they are cooperating. 3) The teaching staff of this institution has been banned for Tuition. 4) Three smart boards have been installed for attractive and advance studies for junior & elementary classes. 5) The Teaching staff has been compelled to deliver a general lecture related to their subject in front of staff members once a week. 6) The extra classes have been holded for two months, before the commencement of the exams.

  • 51. EROSION AND SUBDUCTION OF LAND  The adjacent land outside eastern boundary is 12 feet deep; due to action of burrows, furrows and rates, holes are created beneath the wall. Resultantly holes increase up to the surface within the college. These holes widens with the flow of water so the soil erodes through these holes. Due to continuous action of the said elements the under soil caves have been created below the surface. In rainy season lot of soil erode and subduction take place. This action is creeping towards Principal’s residence and main building. The Ex-Chairman had granted permission to construct a concrete wall below the surface. The rough cost estimate is ready. The construction of sub surface wall is subject to availability of funds. As soon as the funds are available the assignment will be fulfilled.

It is (03) three acres of land owned by the college and a part of it is being used for residential purpose. This area is 12 feet deep than the college. It is surrounded by the razor wire, which is easily crossable.  Your honour is requested to direct JET office to make arrangements for construction of boundary wall up to specific height along with razor wire for the security of the institution and residents
