INTRODUCTION
Selection is a process of choosing from among the candidates,
from within the organization or from outside, the most suitable
person for the correct position or for future position.
Selection is the process by which you choose from a list of
applicants, the persons who best meet the criteria for the
position available considering current environmental context.
The aims is to compare the demands of the job with the
candidates capabilities and inclination, by various techniques.
