Additional Skills :
 OpenVAS : The same is named as Open Vulnerability Assessment System. It is used for
scanning vulnerability in any server or application. My role and responsibility was to gather
all the data from concerned team and owners responsible for their own servers and
applications and then configure all the required machines/servers those are running in our
private DC and also the servers running on AWS Platform. When the scanning is done then
need to send the reports too.
 FAN : Named as Fully Automated Nagios . FAN is basically a Open Source monitoring
tool. This is highly customized tool with all required features. Through FAN we can manage
all types of servers (OS Categorization : windows, linux, unix, VmWare/ESXi).
My work is to gather all the required data regarding servers which are to be configured under
monitoring, validate the same with the help of server managing team and server owner. Also
do required tests on Nagios Command Line via plugins too for best possible results and for
applying best resource metrics in tool. Also do validation that the results should be correct
and according to our need. Need to check the graphs also regarding each resource (CPU,
RAM, DISK/Partition, Ping, DB, TCP, HTTP, Interface for Network Traffic) for the results
which should be according to our need.
Also managing its server which is Linux based (CentOS 5.9) . Have working knowledge of
all plugins/commands described in its WebUI. Have working knowledge of Escalation
Matrix which we customize as per the requirement as well as how we can create our own
graphs and reset the old graphs to show true and best possible results of monitoring.

 Have 2 Year + experience on BMC Tools such as TM ART , BBCA , BPPM , ADDM ,
Remedy AR System.
 Have working knowledge on BMC Remedy AR System version 8.1 and It’s Components.
 Have working knowledge on PCM, PCO, BPPM Administration Console.
 Hand on experience on writing test scripts with the help of Silk Test Classic. Also have
knowledge of classic agent and open agent.
 Hand on experience on TM ART (Transaction Monitoring Application Response Time) core
version 4.1.
 Have worked on TM ART Database configured on RHEL 6 machine.
 Knowledge of ADDM, services related to ADDM, CMDB Sync., ADDM Server
reboot/restart.
 Have worked on SAP Business Object tool which helps in building, generation and
configuration of reports related to projects which are monitored through TM ART & also
helps in sending reports automatically to the specific recipients.
 Have worked on other SAP BO tools such as Web Intelligence Designer, Rich Client and
Diagnostic tool.
 Have working experience on BBCA which is client automation tool helps in health check of
servers as well as keeps all the inventory details.
