 To know the existing retention policy in the
organization.
 To measure the satisfaction level of retention
process.
 To know the degree of flexibility allowed to the
employees.
 To know the relationship between employer and
employees.
 To find scope for improvement in the employees
retention policies and practices in company
COMPANY PROFILE
It has been established since 2006 and begin with three worker and grown
to 500 employee till 9 years.
The 8 divisions of phoenix that are fully integrated to provide clients and
customers with high-quality customer service and products are:-
 Phoenix club card
 Phoenix software solutions
 Phoenix Educare Odisha
 ABC consortium
 Ray bit printing and design
 Phoenix financial care Pvt . Ltd.
 Phoenix Blood Donors
 Rudraksh Estate and Builders
FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYEE RETENTION
 Suitability compensation and other benefits.
 Proper T&D facilities for competence enhancement
 Flexibility work schedule.
 Opportunities for new assignment and job rotation.
 Attractive rewards & incentives scheme.
 Sound interpersonal relationship with co-worker and superior
