2. Dwarka E presswa or Norther Peripheral Road is a 5 eter wide cou tr ’s widest
expressway located in Gurgaon region. The road will connect Dwarka with National
Highway 8. The Dwarka Expressway stretch has been planned as alternate link road
between Delhi and Gurgaon and is expected to ease the traffic situation on the Delhi-
Gurgaon expressway.
By virtue of connectivity, rising demand for residence and higher sentiments towards
investment in property has insisted real estate developer to bring numerous projects in
Dwarka Expressway Region.
Around 73 projects has been launched in the location so far among which most of are
under construction and expected to offer possession between 2014-2017.
Ramprastha Group has topped list with maximum supply of units in the region i.e. 3925
followed by Raheja with 7 projects including Atharva, Vedaanta, Srishti, Shilas and Vedas
in sector 108 and 109.

3. Ramprastha Primera by Ramaprastha Group
Ramprastha Primera is a high-rise residential project proposed in an 8 acre
land in sector 37-D on the Dwarka Expressway. It is a part of the 450 acre
township, Ramaprastha City. With a total unit count of over 450, this project
has 3BHK air-conditioned apartments within a size range of 1,695 sq. ft. to
1,720 sq. ft. Some of the amenities provided by the developer on additional
charges are clubhouse with spa, gymnasium and jacuzzi.
4. BPTP Amstoria is a low-rise residential project spread across 226 acres in sector-102,
with a total unit count of over 300 individual low-rise apartments. The project has
3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK apartments within a size range of 1770 sq. ft. to 5709 sq.ft.
and 4BHK and 6BHK villas ranging from plot area of 250 sq.yd. to 1109 sq.yd. The

5. Indiabulls Centrum Park is located in sector 103; it is a high rise residential project
situated in an area of 11 acres. With a total unit count of over 650, this project has
2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments within a size range of 1250 sq. ft. to 4900 sq. ft.
With 70% of open green space and amenities such as cafeteria, banquet hall,
business centre and library, the project offers international living standard to its
residents.

6. Woodshire by M3M in sector 107 features 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments
within a size range of 1366 sq. ft. to 2768 sq. ft. located in a plot of 19 acres with
a total of 18 towers.

7. Raheja Atharva is a group housing project located in sector 109 in an area of 15 acres;
it features high rise apartments in the form of 3BHk, 4BHK, and 5BHK apartments
within the size range of 1640 sq.ft. to 4370 sq.ft. The 5 BHK units are condominiums
of 2 floors. Some of the amenities offered in this project are swimming pool, private

8. Godrej Summit is located in sector 104; it is a high rise residential project situated in
an area of 22 acres. With a total count of over 1000 units, this project has 2BHK,
