development

development

water crisis and buyers are hesitant to move in
although other infrastructure in these areas are
completed
• Low lying areas and areas surrounding lakes are
seeing lesser buyers as these are prone to

Some common pitfalls
• Always insist on original documents and deal
with the owner directly
• Do not rely on developer/bank’s lawyer
• Do not transact in cash. Use accounted money
for all dealing
• Use of common area in any layout cannot be
restricted to the residents only. So check if you
are being charged extra for this exclusivity
