Research into sustainability as related to the built architecture and the application of structural composites, particularly those with textile reinforcement. I work in the design and analysis of materials and structures. I have spent a few decades developing a deeper understanding of process-structure-property relationships of textiles and textile reinforced composites. I have been working with my friends to develop a blog: SmarterContext.com where we try to address the complex issues of sustainability and shed some insight.
