5. Consulting Prodrill’s extensive consultant database is fundamental to our success. Established over more than 25 years, we have developed close relationships with industry majors to bring you the best positions available. Our resource pool is constantly being expanded and updated thanks to continued and consistent liaison between the Prodrill team and both new and existing consultants. In maintaining and utilising our relationships, Prodrill is adept at providing a rapid and professional response to match both consultant and client needs, covering long and short-term projects. Prodrill works with a broad range of Consultants who are deployed into various projects internationally. We currently attract over 300 applications per month expanding our already strong database of over 5000 quality personnel from over 25 different countries.

Our People Steve has spent over 35 years at the sharp end of the global oil & gas industry, drilling onshore and offshore exploration and production wells for operators ranging from industry giants to innovative start-ups. A mechanical engineer, Steve commenced his oilfield career with Shell International in 1972. He has since worked internationally for Hamilton Brothers, BHP Petroleum, Oryx, Veba, Centrica, Tullow Oil and Hess. Steve Redgrave Chairman Louise Wood Managing Director An experienced Commercial Manager within the Recruitment field, Louise’s career has developed from a practical hands-on recruiter to managing multi-million pound recruitment campaigns for leading PLC organisation. With over 20 years recruitment, management and business development experience, Louise joined Prodrill in 2006. Louise’s diverse commercial and recruitment experience has been critical to the continued development of the Prodrill brand throughout the energy industry. As Managing Director, she is responsible for the financial and legal integrity as well as commercial growth of the business.

Our People Mike Macdonald Business Development Director Over 20 years experience working for a major oil operator and recruitment companies, Mike has a comprehensive understanding of drilling and well engineering operations. Mike is responsible for UK and International business development opportunities which have resulted in the award of manpower contracts globally. Lee Clark Operations Manager With over 10 years commercial & financial experience gained in a variety of industry sectors, Lee joined Prodrill in May 2007 as Business Development Executive from a national recruitment company. As a qualified recruiter, with the natural ability to deliver a high level of customer care, Lee has the commitment needed to exceed the expectations of his clients. In May 2008, Lee was promoted to Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing day to day operations and the recruitment team, as well as being responsible for the Drilling Management, Drilling Superintendent and Senior Drilling Engineer disciplines
