2. PREFACE
Project is an important part of our curriculum in MBA course. A project
study helps a student in getting aquantinted with the manner in which
his knowledge is practically viewed outside of his institution & it is
different from what he has learnt from books. Hence when one
switches from the process of learning to that of implement his
knowledge he perceives an abrupt changes. He also interact with
customers and dealers and perform market serve collects primary data
and analyze them. This is why a project study session during MBA
curriculum becomes an important aspects.
4th Sem as a part of MASTER’S degree I have taken my first implant
project study at Human Resource Planning at Dainik Bhaskar, JAIPUR.

8. HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING
HRP is a process by which an organization ensures that it has the right
number of people & right kind of people at the right place & at the
right time, capable of effectively and efficiently completing those tasks
that help the organization achieve its overall objectives.
Human resources (HR) is the department within a business that is
responsible for all things worker-related. HR is also the department
that stays on top of new legislation guiding how workers need to be
treated during the hiring, working, and firing process.

• To ensure optimum use of existing HR.
• To forecast future requirements for HR.
• To provide control measures to ensure that necessary HR are
available as & when required.

13. CONCLUSION
The study has been extremely useful in developing my professional
skills and personality.
The training help me a lot to adapt myself to actual working
environment and to work in coordination with other team members.
Different hierarchical levels has different responsibilities towards
planning of human resources due to various priority factors.
The practical experience gained during this period will go a long way in
achieving my goals and ambition in my life.
