3. “Slogan Writing” contest on the topics “Zero
Food Wastage”and “Environment”.

4. Rangeeli Chatri
“Calligraphy Umbrella” by artist Niket Dixit is a
two-day workshop where the participants get the
opportunity to customize their umbrellas and write
environment day messages on them.

5. Panchamahabhutam:-
A fusion of Indian classical dance styles, Bharatanatyam,
Kathak, Odissi and Mohiniattam representing the Five
elements of nature by Nritya Pooja Academy, Viman Nagar.

6. The Toys’ Story
Children got to learn and make their own scientific toys
in a workshop by IUCAA team based on the renowned
inventor scientist Arvind Gupta’s toys from trash

7. “Katta” with Kiran Purandare:
An interaction with eminent Environmentalist and
Wildlife educator Mr. Kiran Purandare, aimed at
spreading awareness. Mr. Purandare has numerous
interesting ways to promote bird conservation. One of
them was mimicking bird calls!

8. 3D Rangoli and
Workshops:-
A 3D Rangoli by Jitendra
Vaishnav featuring a message apt
for the environment day held the
center stage

9. Suno Kahaani
Yamini Vijendran’s creative
and indulging storytelling
sessions for both children and
adults held the audience
mesmerized. Through the
stories she conveyed the
message about respecting and
protecting our environment.

10. Puppet Shows/ Puppet Making Workshop
Puppeteer Dipali Bamane and her group presented puppet shows
highlighting the issue of Water Wastage and Animal conservation.

11. Nukkad Nataks
Street plays by a group of artists kept people entertained while
highlighting the issues and solutions for the water scarcity
