2. Dear all,
Greetings from Orchids, I deem it a great joy to meet you
all through our Newsletter.
âEducation is the basis of all progressâ
It is for this very reason that we forayed into education, about 10 years ago. Over a decade
of experience has taught us that progress is possible only if men and women are equally well
educated.
The entire purpose of education is not to restrict itself to imparting bookish knowledge only
but inculcate humanitarian values like wisdom, compassion, courage, humility, integrity and
reliability in a student.
We, just like you, believe in holistic education for your child, encompassing â academics, co-
curricular activities, sports education, and life-skills learning. Our endeavor is to strike a balance
between state-of-the-art infrastructure and an internationally acceptable education.
I am delighted that you are considering Orchids the International School, and look forward
to meeting you and your family as you begin the quest of finding the right school for your
child is committed to developing students with high academic achievement, intellectual curiosity,
and strong moral character. As a result, year after year, Orchids creates respectful, responsible, and
compassionate young adults, who are well prepared to tackle the challenges that lay ahead.
Our environment reflects the world in which our students will one day
live and work. Beyond mastering academic disciplines, our students are taught to respect all
people and things, to be honest with themselves and others, put forth the maximum effort, and
seek ways to support their communities.
Our school encourages students to learn about themselves and their constantly changing
environment, while at the same time offering support and guidance as they practice decision-
making and social skills âSet your Goals high and donât stop till you get thereâ, reflects our school
motto âSEEK, STRIVE, SUCCEEDâ to achieve in the area of academics, co-curricular and
extracurricular, discipline, leadership and more. . We are confident that our school is the best place
for your child. We welcome your active interest and involvement in the progress and activities of
your child. We look forward to your continuous support.

3. Morning Assembly The morning sets the day and the assembly
paves the way for our students to
rejuvenate their spirits, remain rooted to
the moral values and unleash their vitality.
The Assembly starts with the school
prayer, followed by School anthem,
pledge, thought for the day and news
headlines
The well planned assembly conducted
class wise clarifies school activities,
focusing on important days. Every child is
given the opportunity and the platform to
display their talent and present
themselves as individuals.
Orchids take pride in creating an
environment for learning that rejuvenates
and develops the true potential of every
child, right from the assembly time
âEvery child is a flower of its own kind and all together

19. âLife is as good as your mindsetâ.
Our Perspective in life absolutely determines our reality. Each oneâs
perspective is different from others. A glass half full or half empty is how
you perceive. You can choose to view life as a course of problems to
overcome or challenges and experience to learn from.
Life is difficult, yes but it is also filled with goodness that we donât consider.
To be thankful for half glass full in life is what makes life worth living and
fighting for. Hence use each day as an opportunity to progress and to
achieve your goals.
