External finish
•The entire complex is finished with combination of granite, composite metallic
cladding, Acrylic paint and structural glazing. The lower levels of the building have been
given a more transparent look with large glazed part being offered to foyer/food
court/retail. This has been done also keeping in mind the commercial aspect for shops
to have maximum frontage and making the shops more visible and lively for the crowd
visiting the building.
•At the upper level on the front facade, space has been provided for
advertisements, forthcoming attractions and cinema posters, which are ideally
visible from a distance governing the external elevation.
•The lower levels glazing is treated with granite bands making a striking bold
impression on the lower shopping level and also relates itself with the mall
elevation.
•The front and the two sides of the building strategically defining the main entry to the
building have been provided with glazing at the upper level exposing the vertical
movement of crowd in the staircases. At the lower level below the curtain glazing space
frames have been proposed, which increase the visual scale and the aesthetic appeal.
Fire fighting
Fire sprinkler system :
is an active fire protection measure, consisting of a water supply system, providing adequate
pressure and flowrate to a water distribution piping system, onto which fire sprinklers are
connected. Although historically only used in factories and large commercial buildings, home
and small building systems are now available at a cost-effective price.
Fire sprinklers
Fire hose reel system :
The length of a fully extended fire
hose is 36 meters with a diameter of
19mm (outside diameter). A control
nozzle attached to the end of the hose
enables the operator to control the
direction and flow of water to the fire.
All fire hose reels come with a plastic
or solid brass hose reel nozzle and
mounting bracket.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER
FIRE HOSE BOX OUTSIDE MALL
A fire extinguisher is an active fire

HVAC SYSTEM
HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) refers to technology of indoor or
automotive environmental comfort. HVAC system design is a major subdiscipline of
mechanical engineering, based on the principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and
heat transfer. Refrigeration is sometimes added to the field's abbreviation as HVAC&R or
HVACR, or ventilating is dropped as in HACR (such as the designation of HACR-rated
circuit breakers).
HVAC is important in the design of medium to large industrial and office buildings such as
skyscrapers and in marine environments such as aquariums, where safe and healthy
building conditions are regulated with temperature and humidity, as well as "fresh air" from
A.C. DUCTING
6 systems are provided for air
conditioning.
One system has capacity of 600kt.
The capacity if hvac such that in
1hour 6 quintal can be freezed
together.
Hvav after a period of time gets
enormously heated so to overcome
this sitution condencers are used.
Closed-circuit television (CCTV)
is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of
monitors.
CCTV systems may operate continuously or only as required to monitor a particular
event. A more advanced form of CCTV, utilizing Digital Video Recorders (DVRs),
provides recording for possibly many years, with a variety of quality and performance
options and extra features (such as motion-detection and email alerts

Negative point:
The colour scheme for a cinema complex which serves the purposes of leisure and
entertainment should be little more lively and vivid to make it attractive and commercially
viable. But this can also be achieved simultaneously in harmony with the surrounding
buildings. With so many Multiplexes coming up these days, reviewing them reveals the fact
that most of them have used primary colours and modern finishe,t is the demand of the time..
Positive point:
•Proper colour scheme is used.
•Landscaping is beautifully done.
•Sufficient sitting area is provided inside as well as outside.
•Glazing is used for aesthetic purpose.
•Planning is done keeping in mind, keeping in mind the commercial aspect for shops to
have maximum frontage and making the shops more visible and lively for the crowd
visiting the building.
•Proper fighting system is provided.
•Proper circulation-lifts,escalators and staircase ara provided.
