▪ Negotiate maintenance tasks with vendors as well as bid and execute long-term contracts for utilities, HVAC service,
elevator and equipment preventative maintenance contracts.
▪ Work with Alderman’s office for building permits, refuse rebates, streets & sanitation issues.
▪ Facilitate building committees on moving forward with building improvements
