Business Model Canvas:  Review or prepare a Business Model Canvas, which outlines key components of your business model, including customer segments, value propositions, channels, revenue streams, etc. 7. Vision, Mission, and Core Values:  Define your organization's vision, mission, and core values, which provide a sense of purpose and direction. 8.
