1) Presently Working with Sahara India, Corporate HR, as Jr. Executive MIS from July 2008 to
till date: Sahara is a major entity on the corporate scene having diversified business interests that
include Finance, Infrastructure & Housing, and Media & Entertainment, Commodity Sales with services
& Retail Chain, Consumer Products, Manufacturing & IT.
Area of Responsibilities: -
 MIS
• Preparation of Monthly MIS & data Analysis based on the requirement of Management.
• Managing & Maintenance of employees data.
• Development of Software as per requirement on Visual Foxpro.
• Identify and manage upgrades of quality software.
• Coordinate with team members in the development of organizational information systems
• Identify process bottlenecks and build new solutions.
• Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems.
 HR -IT
• Core team member responsible for handling/implementation of HRIS (an ERP for Sahara India
Pariwar).
• Coordinator and decision influencer between Organization and Business Partners for understanding of HR
Policies, processes and guidelines
• Communicating and Coordinating with various internal/external stake holders involved at every level.
• Automated the process for maintaining employee Database and successfully migrated the current data to the
software tool.
• Assisted in Module wise testing of Modules of HRIS which was successfully implemented and automated the
Leave/Attendance, Claim, Recruitment and Help Desk Modules at Sahara India for 12000 employees.
• Responsible for end-to-end planning of step wise introduction of HR modules like HRIS, attendance, Leave,
Helpdesk, and Recruitment, Claim etc.
• Part of Presentation and Training Team Providing training to employees for operating Modules of HRIS.
 Key Achievements
• Implemented Various Module of HRIS (an ERP) across all the business Divisions of Organisation.
• Core team member responsible for Restructuring of Salary of all the employees across group about 26,000
employees and completed before stipulated time.
• Conducted Leadership Survey across the group of all the employees within 2 days span of time.
• Core team member responsible for conducting of giving general hike to the employees based on their
performance appraisal across the group for 26000 employees with in 15 days.
2) Worked as MIS Executive with Star Parivaar India Ltd. DMA- ICICI BANK (Personal &
Housing Loan) from 2006 to 2008
Job Responsibilities
• Preparing Daily Tracker Report for Executive.
• Maintaining the Status of Daily Business of the Branch.
• Informing Team Managers for the papers required for completing the files as per the query of Bank.
• Preparing different reports showing performance of Marketing Executives.
3) Worked as MIS Executive with Parag Dairy Kanpur (PCDF) from Oct 1997 to Jan 2006. Parag
Dairy is a leading provider of milk and milk products such as Ghee, Paneer, Dahi, Flavored milk
etc in U.P. Parag Dairy is a Cooperative Federation, which works under National Dairy
Development Board (NDDB).
Job Responsibilities
• Computerization of daily milk collection from societies (farmers) and other unit (Chilling plants) in rural
areas.
• Preparing weekly/ fortnightly/monthly sales, stock, milk handling losses reports.
• Computerization of Gate Pass System for Liquid milk and product supply.
• Providing data to Finance section from other section such as production, sales/ marketing / transport for
billing of agents, societies (farmers) and transporter.
• Being involved for sales plan for the quarter with factory manager.
• Monitoring of store, stock, and inventory of milk, product and chemical detergent.
• Time to time development and up gradation of software (IN VISUAL FOXPRO & FOXPRO UNDER DOS).
