CAREER OBJECTIVE
To be in the legion of Corporate Professional where I can nurture my theoretical knowledge with practical exposure of

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Presently working with Amneal Pharmaceuticals Co. (I) Pvt. Ltd as Sr. Executive – HR since Feb
2013 to till date
HR activities:-
• Worked on PMS
• Responsible for keeping and monitoring attendance, Leave and LWP and updating in Systems.
• Preparing and Distributions of Salary.
• Salary advance, Loan against salary and other statutory deduction are deducting and monitoring and
maintain records.
• Conveyance and other Part of Salary Misc. Payment / Reimbursements records keep up date.
• To controlling, verifying and auditing all the regular and statutory records. Attendances, Salary, Wages,
Overtime, Leave, New Joiners file’s, statutory remittance, etc.
• Looking after all statutory compliances pertaining to various applicable laws.
• Liaison with Govt. authorities.
• Responsible for Employee Health Insurance - Additions, deletion & extending support for employee queries
related to insurance.
• Responsible for arranging health insurance cards to employees.
• Coordinate for Training Development.
• To preparation MIS as and when requirement by the management.
• Completion of Exit documentation / formalities and preparation for Full & Final Settlement of Account.
• Meet employee in week at shop floor and solve the query.
• Daily/monthly MIS, data management, audits, disciplinary actions, License renewals, etc.
• Telephone/mobiles arrangement
• All time office functions such as maintaining leave cards, out duty slips, LTA, Medical reimbursements, all
AMC’s, cost saving measures in the department, traceability of all files(Indexing), bank account opening
formalities, etc.
• Prepare a letter (Legal letter, Visa letter, invitation letter)
Worked with CB Doctor Ventilators Pvt. Ltd. as Officer (HR & Admin.) from Jan 2009 to Feb 2013.
• Source the candidates through job portals, references, Placement consultants, walk-Ins etc.
• Ensure cost effective Recruitment of candidates within stipulated time.
• Salary Fitment for the selected candidates
• Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection & verification of the documents.
• Getting forms filled for statutory requirements.
• Coordinating with the banker for Bank A/c opening for new joiners
• Monitoring attendance, Leave and LWP and updating in Systems.
• Preparing and Distributions of Salary & Wages.
