Global Service Lead & Regional Service leads across the globe
• Provide input on the strategic direction of the Global Contracts team to develop and implement best practices
• Formulating business goals in discussion with business partners and stakeholders to develop operational goals
for Team Lead/Supv on quarterly basis
• Manage and develop team members which include hiring, training, coaching and mentoring. Plan for people
growth through IDP and ensure that all team members feel personal value add through continuous learning

quarterly & yearly basis
