I am ITIL® V3 Intermediate SO Certified, ITSM ISO/IEC 20000 Certified as well as PMP Trained. I’ve been working for more than 5 years in IT Service Management and in the arena of Service Operations, Process Improvement, DC/Infrastructure Projects, Internal Audit and Business Process Consulting with close relation with customers satisfaction and Incident/Change/Problem Management.
