Masters in Civil Engineering from IIT Kanpur with over 11 years of experience in Design Engineering &
Project Management of Hydro Power and infrastructure projects. Currently associated with NSL Renewable
Power, Noida as Manager (Civil) in Hydro Power Division since December 2013. An excellent communicator
with the ability to work in a team, motivate and inspire people with commitment, positive outlook,

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since December 2013 to till Date : NSL Renewable Power, Noida
Organization : NSL Renewable Power is the holding company of a large private conglomerate “Nuziveedu
Seeds Ltd.” based at Hyderabad. NSL Power has renewable power assets of close to 300 MW
capacities in operation in Hydro, Wind, Solar and Biomass. NRPPL have 650 MW projects
under construction out of which 150MW is under Hydro power.
Role : Manager (Civil)
Projects : I am involved in the engineering and project management of the following under
construction hydro projects being developed by NSL Renewable Power as BOOT basis.
 Tidong HEP (2x50MW), Reckongpeo, Himanchal Pradesh
 Tangu Romai-I HEP (2x22MW), Rorhu, Himanchal Pradesh
 Tangu Romai-II HEP (3x2MW), Rorhu, Himanchal Pradesh
 Masli HEP (2x2.5MW), Rorhu, Himanchal Pradesh
Responsibilities: I am involved in the various stages of project execution works comprising design review,
planning and coordination with site team, E&M vendors, H&M vendors and design consultant for ensuring on
time and on budget completion of project. Below is the synopsis of the various assignments undertaken.
 Design & drawing review, discussion & coordination for ensuring resolution of site related engineering
issues and timely release of construction drawings matching with construction schedule duly considering
the constructability aspect.

 Discussion and Coordination with financial institutions and Lender’s Independent Engineer (LIE) for
securing draw down, site visit reports and approval of cost overrun reports etc.
 Representing NSL Renewable Power in progress review meeting convened by Government review agencies
like CEA, PGCIL etc.
 Floating enquiries for small civil works packages, preparation of comparative, negotiation, selection of
contractor and preparation of contract agreement.
 Preparation and subsequent coordination for approval from GoHP for Detailed Project Report for
additional 50MW capacity enhancement for Tidong-I HEP.
Since November 2010 to December 2013: SNC Lavalin Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi
Organization : SNC Lavalin Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is providing consultancy services for feasibility
studies, DPR and detailed engineering in Hydropower, metro rail and infrastructure
projects.

planning of construction methodology for feasibility and Detailed Project Report. Apart from Detailed Project
Report works also involved in construction monitoring and scheduling of under construction Hydel projects.

Detailed Project Report along with Project Planning and development of infrastructure, Design Review of

Project : I was involved in the Ecospace Kolkata Project which is a joint initiative by RMZ Corp &
AMBUJA Realty. This is a Green field IT Park project sprawling in 2.8 million sq.ft of area
comprising construction of 14 blocks.
Responsibilities: Involved in Project management consultancy of two blocks of the IT Park. Synopsis of
assignments is listed below:
 Coordination among various vendors and designers for smooth construction of project
 Macro and Micro scheduling, tracking and monitoring the construction activities
 Ensuring the implementation of design parameters at site
 Verifying RA Bills and processing for Payment Advices
 Regular joint verification of measurements with Vendors
 Monitor quality control measures in line within contract agreement
