A Harvard Business study revealed remarkable statistics relating to goal setting and success.
83% of the population does not have goals. 14% have a plan in mind, but are unwritten goals.

What is a goal?
 Goals give you a roadmap to your future. They
provide something to strive for – some point in the
future to reach. But, what exactly is a goal, and
how do you know when you have achieved it?
 Goals should be SMART. Setting goals is a way to
focus your attention on what you want in the
future. If you are not specific, you will never know
where you are going. It would be like trying to
follow a map that has no street names
