Enterprise Service Delivery System (ESDS) is an information system which handles various customer

requests through interfacing with PRPC Fulfillment engines. Fulfillment engines in PRPC take the
request input data through series of screens on which business rules are applied according to the
requirements and the request is resolved automatically in PRPC.
ESDS is designed such that it would be a centralized system for resolving all the customer requests
related to check processing, in which various systems across the firm are integrated to automate the
process.
