Verification of all F & B bills with KOTs
Preparation of N.C KOT, Complimentary statements & Staff canteen reports.
Physical stocks checking in kitchens like Wastage of Raw Materials.
Smokes & Liquor Cost Statements.
Verification of all Banquet bills with KOTs & Banquet Event Orders.
Bar inventories with physical checkups.
Maintaining the Excise Registers & Liquor consumption reports required by the State Excise Dept.
