Supervise Cost Controller. From Dec 15th

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Preparation of Profit & Loss Reports.
 Preparation of daily Food & Beverage Cost Statements
 Monthly Prepare the FBL Menu Engineering report.
 Keeps an Eye in Moving, Non moving stock items & check Expiry dates.
 Daily done Cash Audits in Outlets & Cost Vs Sale reports
 MIS Reports on Monthly basis.
 Updated the prices based upon Vender contract details & prepare the Rate Inflation report.
 Done the Report of Bill Late Settlements & Void reconciliation.
 Verification of all F & B bills with KOTs
 Preparation of N.C KOT, Complimentary statements & Staff canteen reports.
 Physical stocks checking in kitchens like Wastage of Raw Materials.
 Smokes & Liquor Cost Statements.
 Verification of all Banquet bills with KOTs & Banquet Event Orders.
 Bar inventories with physical checkups.
 Maintaining the Excise Registers & Liquor consumption reports required by the State Excise Dept.
 Day to day Beverage & Liquor stock registers verification.
 Mini Bar Stocks & Registers verification.
 Preparation of required recipe costing.
 Monthly take the CCG& Lenin Inventory.
 Daily physically check Breakage items & Discord materials and Maintain the tracking.
 Observation on Electricity, Water & Gas consumption records on daily basis.
 Random checking on Security Material receiving area.
 Check Revenue audit report & Reconciliation.
 Physically check the SCRAP item Sale.
 Keep an Eye Security In-Ward, Out-Ward, Returnable & Non-Returnable Registers.
 Cross check the Taxes on Account Payable & Account Receivable Bills on daily basis
 Received all F&B items and General items cross check with bills.
 Handling Stores stock and maintained the records with in system on daily basis.
 Done the Purchase orders and SRV on daily basis.
 Check stock valuation as per system stock Vs physical stock then prepare reconciliation.
