This document summarizes a land records correction and khatha drive conducted in Pandavapura Sub-Division of Mandya district from 2010-2012. It involved correcting mistakes in land records like the ROR to reflect actual ownership details, issuing corrected sketches and RTCs, and updating khatas. A team led the effort using a multi-stage process that included checking records village-by-village, notifying individuals, collecting documents, preparing correction lists, getting approvals, and issuing new corrected RTCs. As a result, over 200,000 RTCs were corrected and amalgamated across the sub-division's taluks during this period.
