Career Abstract:-
1. Currently worked as General Manager - Business HR for AWAS Group of Companies, Lko .
April 2015 - Joined the company as General Manager. Had handled task relating to recruitment of field force,
prospecting and generating actual business for the company, supporting documentation and even promoting
Companies social initiative under AWAS Foundation. Last assignment had been marketing & influencing the sales
of Venus Sewing Machines.
2. Joined Sahara India Pariwar on January 12th, 2001 as Senior Executive in Personnel Department at Command
Office, Lucknow. In these years of service, had been very fortunate to place professional inputs & sincere efforts
in the evolve of Orgn’s Human Resource Department. Later, recognized as Corporate HR.
Had been a Motivator & Team-building personnel, always encouraging & promoting competencies.
Had been regular member of the Board for Performance Appraisal function.
Had been frequent panel member of Interview & Selection process.
Had placed comprehensive HR inputs towards development of sub-divisions of Sahara India in fields of Media

3. Commenced career on 01st February, 1991 as Community Development Officer (CDO) in a Health Project for a
Socio-Economic Sector at Jajmau, Kanpur. Thereafter, served as Research Associate in Occupational Health
Stream in Jajmau, Kanpur. Then, shift in Career to Finance Stream. With the meticulous performance & vision for
growth, the Management vested in me the responsibility of developing a full-fledged Merchant Exporter (ME) unit
for the Company. Performed the duty & created the ME unit with extreme diligence.
