I’m an Electronic Engineer with an MBA and I’m the Head of Marketing Fixed Devices for Consumer
and Small Medium Enterprise markets at Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.A.
My role consists of defining, managing and evolving the whole products portfolio and distribution
channels for both markets.
Main aims and activities: defining evolution strategy; forecasting, budgeting and reporting; scouting
suppliers and technologies markets and trends; taking commercial relations with vendors and
suppliers; planning and coordination of devices technical certification process; actively following
purchases activities (including purchases tender); monitoring the supply chain performances (lead
time, stock rotation, logistic KPIs); commercial and technical training of Sales channels and
Customer Operation structures.
With more than 15 years of experience in Wind, I’ve also covered different roles such as pre-sales
engineer, project manager for Large and Top markets, processes and products developer for
Consumer market. My on-the-job experience gave me the opportunity to achieve a “wide angle”
expertise in both marketing driven and customer driven markets.
I’m a dynamic and empathetic person, results-oriented, focused on Time-To-Market and able to
achieve the goals in dynamic and complex frameworks and scenarios.
Being daily in contact with different stakeholders I have learnt to develop client orientation, to
master stressful situations and to be a reliable mediator between different interests involved in
each project I follow.
As a Head of Marketing Fixed Devices I coordinate resources, always trying to be a valid leader and
a good model for them.
I feel comfortable facing difficult challenges, assuming responsibilities and I’m used to take
decisions.
