Problems
Hotels are mainly built in the city center, so they are very crowded,
noisy, and polluted.
Homestays often have to live with the owner and share a kitchen
or toilet, so there is no private space, and not create comfort.
Price is very expensive if there are cafes and restaurants on-site
such as five-star hotels.
The Utopia
A place to be separated from the polluted city out there and
surrounded by mountains, rivers, and streams that bring the
fresh, cool, and extremely relaxing air.
A separate resort room, with a private kitchen and toilet
creates a comfortable feeling, suitable to chill and relax after a
long working day in the city.
The campus has a spacious garden with a restaurant and cafe
that can make BBQ parties. Aquariums, pets for animal lovers.

1) The attentive and dedicated service: enthusiastic and friendly
staff with a mobile app to send request and communicate for help
with them 24/7. Each customer when making a reservation is
given a gift embroidered with the name (e.g towels, cotton
slippers, ...) as a souvenir. More likely, customers will take photos
and post them on social media - a way to advertise the homestay
to more people.
2) Privacy and Comfort.
3) Clean, modern, and trendy, all items in restaurants and cafes
are not made of plastic and are environmentally friendly.
