shipping and overall plant security) on the second shift.
The teambegan with eight full-time and 20+ Temps and built to 45 full-time employees including five Lead Persons,in all
production aspects of manufacturing hardwood flooring.

manufacturing issues, training (OSHA required and OJT), delegating duties and following up on progress, inventory control,
and plant security.
