Phil Monkress (born February 9, 1964) is Chief Executive Officer of All Points Logistics, a U.S. Navy Service Disabled Veteran, After graduating Skiatook High School, in 1982, he was accepted to Valdosta State University In 1987, Phil entered the United States Navy. He focused his training on Advanced Electronics, as a Data Systems Technician. Soon after his discharge from the Navy, he was recruited by NATO to support the Mediterranean Theatre as a planner, backing the communications and operations. In 1999, he joined APL as COO. In 2009, Phil assumed full ownership of APL as President. To date, APL has contracts with the VA, NASA, DHS, NSA, CIA, MDA and DoD.
