Strategic objective: To help a large team
spread over 5 continents within the company,
to fully align and support the business in its
growth agenda. The campaign lasted around
2.5 to 3 years and focused around a set of
common values and working methodology.
Our approach: We provided consultancy, and
development of the concept. Throughout the
project we delivered communication that was
then presented at employee conferences,
used for internal communication, including
the development of a web interface. Filming
interviews with key people helped get the
message across to the employees.
Business results: The results have been very
positive in aligning the function resulting in a
much more effective service delivery.
