Develop and maintain relationships with Recordkeepers, Plan Sponsors, brokers, and other external and
internal business partners as the primary contact for a variety of retirement plans
• Train, manage, and supervise a team that provides account specific administration and client services
to a range of varieties of retirement plans
• Concentrate on relationship management of quality and accuracy of daily work, and minimizing risk
to the company in the handling of over 110 plans
• Represent division in several IT and Operations projects to increase efficiencies within the division,
including being the liason between the Administration and Operations Divisions, involved in testing

Perform the day-to-day administrative tasks required for role of custodian or trustee on various types of
Corporate Retirement plans
• Was responsible for daily administration of 401(k), 403(b), Pension, Cash Balance, and Employee
Stock purchase plans, including all cash and asset transactions, account reconciliation, and managing
any problems that arise
• Maintained relationships with clients, including several Third Party Administrators, Plan Sponsors,
Broker/Dealers, auditors, and plan participants
• Headed Procedures Team, which writes and reviews all of the operational procedures regarding the
trust system which are included in the division’s SAS70 report
• Used several internal IT systems constantly every day for plan administration
September 2003 – February 2004: Corporate Retirement Services - Conversion Specialist
Responsible for all tasks necessary to bring a Retirement Plan into Wilmington Trust
• Required high level of professionalism in written and oral communication, being among the first
representatives of the company for new clients
• Prepared documentation, received assets, and established accounts for new retirement plan clients
while taking special care to ensure all parties were within compliance
• Communicated constantly with clients of all levels at the Plan Sponsors and Third Party
Administrators, as well as interacted with internal business associates, especially Operations,
Management, and Risk/Compliance Units
• Prioritized multiple tasks involving various plan types and deadlines while utilizing many different
systems
November 2000 – June 2002: Trust Collections Specialist
Trust Operations role processing all interest payments for securities by held by Wilmington Trust, while
serving as back-up to other Trust Collections desks
• Posted dividend and capital gain distributions to all of the bank’s mutual fund accounts in a timely
manner
• Communicated via phone and email with Mutual Fund Company representatives and Plan
Administrators and Managers in order to pay time sensitive distributions and reconcile trust
accounts
• Served as back-up for desks that processed interest payments on mortgage-backed and foreign
securities
