This document provides information on training courses for process hazard assessment using the HAZOP technique. The first course is a 3-day course that teaches the basics of HAZOP methodology and provides opportunities to practice conducting HAZOP studies through exercises. The second course is a 2-day course for those already familiar with HAZOP, focusing on developing the skills needed to lead a HAZOP team. Both courses involve participative learning through syndicate work and practicing the role of HAZOP team leader.
