data distribution both to the public and within the client organisation. Each site involved the
development of static Web pages, as well as dynamic Web pages created through CGIs and
Net.Data.
Development Manager at IBM WTC (Malaysia)
March 1992 - June 1995
Mr. Stewart was engaged as Development Manager for a telecommunications call data
collection system based upon an X.25 and Token ring network of a nation-wide RISC and PS/2
platform. The project entailed the direct capture of call data records for delivery to a host based
billing processor. Duties included the day-to-day management of the 3 sub-contractor
companies to ensure the technical success of the project. The duties involved the production
and quality management of the deliverables (System Requirements, System Design, Software
Development, Hardware Development, User and System Documentation). During the System
Test and Acceptance Test phases, Mr. Stewart was responsible for the management of the Fix
Team.
Additionally, Mr. Stewart provided On-The-Job training for both client and junior contract
development staff.
Team Leader/Relief Development Manager at IBM Australia Ltd.
June 1990 - December 1991
Mr. Stewart was engaged as Team Leader for a staff of 8 development staff for an IBM OS/2
based banking transaction platform. Duties included client liaison and presentation, staff
recruitment, resource management, and systems analysis, design, implementation and

for the Project staff of 15 during absence of the Development Manager.

Senior Systems Analyst at ANZ Global Technical Services
July 1989 - June 1990
Mr. Stewart was engaged as Senior Systems Analyst for the implementation of an OS/2 based
banking platform deployed throughout the front and back offices of the Bank. The project
entailed the use of an IBM OS/2 based transaction generation package utilising an LU6.2
network. Duties included the analysis, development and testing (including writing Test Plans)
of various components of the platform. Additionally, Mr. Stewart performed an evaluation of
the migration of the platform to the IBM OS/2 1.2 environment under the Application Manager
Workbench.
Senior Programmer/Analyst/Development Manager at B.S. Microcomp Pty. Ltd.
February 1983 - July 1989
Mr. Stewart was engaged in many projects, commencing as Programmer Analyst and achieving
the position of Development Manager. The projects included specialised database systems,
device drivers, communications integration utilities, POS transaction processing systems, a
manufacturing process scheduler, and a character-windowed PC-DOS and OS/2 stock
trading/dealing room information package.
Development duties entailed evaluating client requirements (including international markets),
system design, product development, system testing, documentation, and user training.

and equipment management for a staff of some 12 developers. Mr. Stewart also provided
