GOAL: As a school leader, I am dedicated to creating a safe, rich and effective school environment where students, staff and the community are
motivated, focused on growth, and believe each and every person can improve and succeed. I am focused on establishing a strong foundation of
trusting and collegial relationships, and from here, personalizing student and teacher learning to meet individuals’ needs, leverage individuals’
strengths and skills, and ultimately, elevate the capacity of students, staff and the school. Moreover, I believe in creating a high level of
communication and collaboration with community stakeholders to expand learning beyond the classroom, provide students with relevant authentic
experiences, and build mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships.
