By developing codes of ethics and
conduct, and professional standards
of accreditation and education, PIPA
members demonstrate to the investing
public, government, regulators, the
media and other stakeholders their
commitment to excellence.

Education
PIPA has developed a Property
Investment Adviser Accreditation
Course which is industry relevant for
today’s advisers.
Overseen and administered by the
PIPA Board, who are all experienced
practitioners, this course both
prepares new advisers for the role
they are to undertake and upgrades
the knowledge of existing industry
participants to ensure that they are
operating within state and federal
regulatory requirements.
Property Investors
PIPA is actively working with the
Federal Government to bring about
regulation for property investors. In the
meantime, consumers must take care,
ensuring that advice is only accepted
from those qualified to give it.
PIPA members subscribe to a Code
of Conduct and have qualifications
which enable them to assist you within
strict guidelines.
