Peter Keoh worked for us at Master Group as General Manager from September, 2013 to March, 2015.
Peter was made redundant from our business in March 2015 due to a complete change in management structure. We extended our agile
management practices from our software team across the organisation putting in place self-organising and self-managing teams, and as a
result removed all layers of management.
Peter was the first General Manager we employed and was brought into our team to help myself and the other Director execute on our
strategy and to give the team focused operation based management and day to day stability.
Peter met all of these expectations in bringing this stability and focus to the team on a day to day basis. Peter is a likeable Manager and
was quickly accepted to the team.
