This document discusses preparing and planning to teach, including both short-term and long-term elements. The short-term elements involve developing individual lessons and considering the students, setting, materials, objectives, and teaching style. The long-term elements involve the spiritual formation and growth of teachers through developing biblical knowledge, theology, and relationships with students over time. An ideal culture of equipping empowers teachers by developing them through mentorship and guidance from ministers and other teachers.
