Quality Assurance Specialist at - Defense Health Agency

• Provide Quality analyst support for the Program Support Branch to the Solution Support Division (SDD)
Clinical Support Branch (CSB), Health Care Delivery (HDC) branch and Program Executive Office (PEO).
Assist Program Officers and Program Controllers with support of 15 various DoD DHA programs to include
Tricare Online (TOL), Patient Safety Reporting (PSR), Centralized Credential Quality Assurance system
(CCQAS), Secure Messaging (SM-Tricare), The Electronic Surveillance System for the Early Notification of
Community based Epidemics (ESSENCE), Military health System data Repository (MDR), Special Needs
Program Management Information Systems (SNPMIS) and other Nutritional Management Information
Systems (NMIS). These programs support the Combat theater as well as the Military Treatment Facilities
(MTF)
• Assist with maintaining, editing and composing process, procedures and work instructions in support of the
DHA Process asset library (PAL).

• Provide SharePoint administration support for program web pages and PEO support.
• Create and provide Quality Status weekly reports
• Verify and Validate, reports, tests, Configuration Management in support of sustainment of projects at
DHA.
• POAM -Milestone reviews in the DOD SDLC for Risk management framework (RMF) and Capacity
Services (CS).
• Identify and report corrective actions and continual value added improvements.
• Provide support for the Risk and Program Integrated working groups, Engineering Control Board as
well as the Quality Steering Working Groups (QSCWG) and the Quality Steering Committee (QSC).
• Assist with Risk /Issue and Measurement and Analysis reporting and documentation to include Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs), System Availabilities (TOPAZ), project performance, Agile measures
using JIRA tool and other tracking methods.
• Recommend required training for all CSD Programs. Create presentations and training materials.
• Assist Managers Internal Control program audits and identifying annual performance goals
