3.  Checking for slump & Temperature of Concrete at site, casting & testing of cubes in site
laboratory and external laboratory for testing, receiving and reviewing of reports and
submitting to clients
 Prepare Checklist for all works and get the approval from the consultant / Clients and
maintain the records
 Ensure that the supervisors understand the requirements of the work method statement,
MAR, Specification, drawings and Inspection Testing plan. And conducting toolbox talk
when it required
 Maintain liaison between the project team, consultants and subcontractors to solve the
quality issues
 Educate the project team, subcontractors on the project quality plan as to ensure all
parties of the project are fully aware and understand the operational procedures and the
project contractual quality requirements
 Taking initiatives to promote the quality culture throughout the company
 Identify the document of non-conformities, communicate the non-conformance to the
concerned personnel
 Monitoring of Curing, Block work, Plastering, painting, tile work, doors and installations.
Witnessing of compaction, formwork, reinforcement, Anchor bolt, concrete pouring, pipe
laying, waterproofing as per approved ITP
 QUALITY ASSURANCE AND IMPLEMENTATION
 Prepare the QCP and maintenance of related records and creating general awareness of
QA/QC activities amongst workers at site as per ISO 9001:2008
 Distribute the project Quality plan to the project team, inclusive of the consultants and
subcontractors. Continually review the Projects Quality Plan as to ensure its
effectiveness
 Prepare & Review the proposed work of Method Statements and get the approval from
client
 Conduct the Internal Quality Audits as per the Audit plan to all departments within the
projects with objectives to enhance their operational effectiveness and efficiencies
 Prepare the projects QA/QC report on a periodical basis as agreed with the Project
Manager
 Prepare the subcontractors/suppliers Evaluation report in the required interval
 Monitor and report the achievement of the company Quality objectives
 Ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken to address Non-
Conformance Reports (NCRs) and complaints rom the Employer / Employer’s
representative
