a pivotal role in identifying and controlling the

organization. Nowadays, it has become necessary for

gradually. Thus, I decided to study Human resource
management not only to gain deeper knowledge about the
subject but also to learn various practical methods and
skills that are needed to deal with manpower in any

As I have completed all my studies in Commerce field so I
have learned various aspects about human resource in
graduation and at post graduate level but there were still so
many unanswered questions and I need to explore the
practical skills that how the organizations should deal with
workforce, what are the problems faced by the employers
and employees, what kind of strategies company needs to
adopt to direct the efforts of manpower to achieve the
objectives.

organizational behavior, external environment, internal
environment, employment law and regulations in which
introduced to me with the real world examples.
I am sure that having this program would ensure better
employment opportunities and successful career for
