The business procedures were not modified, thus the role of Junior Managers was high
According to HR policies there was no alternatives rather than forced high rotation of staff
Average age of specialists is around 27 y.o. – ambitious, result‐oriented, looking for “all and now”
Limited resources of labor market – lack of experienced professionals who are always in high demand
Despite of global company status, high industrial share and stable sales revenue, the company was continuously facing an
issue of high staff turnover and seriously harmed work environment assessment by employees.
The turnover was especially high among junior managing employees.
