This document outlines the agenda for a workshop on overcoming limiting beliefs. Participants are encouraged to reflect on how limiting beliefs manifest physically, emotionally, and mentally, as well as the perceived benefits of such beliefs. The goal is to help people overcome self-imposed limitations and flow more freely with life.
